Becasue all the real surfers are in the water and not on the web talking about surfing.

Started surfing at 12 yrs old . Surfed nssa in highschool along with EAS contests . Grew up on LBI. Then I laid it down for a while to race motocross made it to the expert level than realized how hard it was on my body. Now Im Back and I have my same racer killer instinct but Im puttin it to the waves. Way more health and safer. I just had an impression of this site being surfers talking shop, boards , sponsership , stuff like that. Instead we are buried in sarcasm and gay insults it so lame...

Try Downhill biking. cheaper and less impact than mx but still has the thrill.

You guys could take a lesson from the interactions on MX sites.

When we are on the track we lay it all on the line, steal each others rut ,slam into one another to get the fastest line. Get all of our aggroness out on the track. Off the track we are graciouse and helpful to one another ( Brothers almost). What Im seeing here is a bunch of passive aggressive dudes lashing out at one another its just freaky to me i dont get it.

Became a father had to slow it down alittle and if you race you know the expert class is friggin fast. I got a bunch of top tens , but it went from being fun and winning to mid pack finishes and HARD crashes and broken bones, missing work NFG.
