I surf by myself 99% of the time. I am a one man crew. I never clog-up a lineup. My handful of friends who surf can't get their sh** together to join me. My other friends bust on me because I surf...They think it's a pointless endeavor. My wife and kids do too. A lonely surf existence I lead. I kinda like it.

 

If its under 6' I ll roll alone but when its like yesterday I like having at least one other guy

 

heck yeah. smart idea. i get spooked some head high days in the winter when i paddle out alone. anything can happen. the ocean can swallow you up without warning.

I'll hang with The Crew as long as I don't have to work, or do anything but help clear the bong when it's my turn. I have a camera on my smart phone, I could take cool photos of everyone shredding. So I have that going for me. Do I need to fill out an app? My resume is being redone, I should have it back in a few weeks or so.
