Wayne, by all means you can share your testimony. But just be prepared to get completely annihilated by the majority here. Not because of your beliefs, but because of your approach and history of being an antagonist.

Truth be told, I accepted Jesus as my lord and savior many years ago. I got caught up in the emotional side of what I was feeling and heard a heart felt testimony of someone I respected and it convinced me to follow in his foot steps. I was about 21 years old and very impressionable at the time and wanted to be accepted into the group but also wanted to cover my bases in the event something happened to me.

I have since learned to think for myself and have realized that there are some truths to the Bible but there are plenty of contradictions as well. I believe personally that most of what is written is not necessarily factual history but more or less a good story used to illustrate certain points. It's easier for "man" to understand things when a story is written about people who have names and have these stories behind them so that "man" can relate to them.

It's funny how similar the Bible and the Quran and other books alike are. They all elude to the same thing, but have their own little twist on them. At the end of the day there is a "God", but it is not 100% certain that there is only one way to "heaven", if there is one.

There is definitely something after this. Hard to believe there is NOTHING as Riley mentioned. What that something is, IDK, too much for me or you to comprehend. If Jesus is your way of understanding then by all means, believe it and live it, but don't push it on others. I was turned off by people doing the very same things you are doing. If you just lived your life and let your actions be a good example of how to live, others may come to you and inquire and then you are welcome to share your story. If they choose to believe the same thing, then great, but the problem with you and others like you is you advertise it like a business and go around actively recruiting. That turns people off and makes people look for answers else where. For what it's worth...

I jus looked. I'd cut off my left testicle to be there right now.
Lancaster. I'm working in Lancaster county as we speak, in a town called Gap. They have a place called 'Dutch Wonderland'. If you come in the Spring, we can 'smoke' and go there and wonder around aimlessly.

This thread is the greatest accomplishment any moderator on here has ever had. A 15-page thread with his name in the title.

Matt Johnson is irrelevant because he lives in Cape May or somewhere down there. We tend to ignore the really southern sections of Jersey. Salem County? What's that?

Yeah man, I try not to debate on topics of which I know next to nothing.
One of 3 things happens when you die:
You go to a good place.
You go to a bad place.
    Nothing. You're just dead.

Sorta both my good man. I still have my place in Seaville. Renting in PA with all my work being here. Wifey wants to move to PA, she got a job in PA. I'm renting a room at my Seaville house to a buddy who just got outta jail so that helps offset the cost.

    What up G!

The only science I live by in regards to how it pertains to affecting our existence is Nature. Nature teaches us that the strong will survive and those Genes continue on to strengthen the next generation.

Now lets parlay this to politics and why I can't stand liberal ways. I can't stand how liberals want to give everything away for free and how that teaches generations of people how money and work have no value anymore thus weakening our society and watering down our Genes.

So I guess that makes me a Southern Ocean County Conservative.

How about that for religious and political views on a surf predicting website.

I think you are mixing up belief and theory. You need no proof or data for belief. Theories require data, testable conclusions, and tons of evidence. Science does not need your belief. ;)

Nothing=In quantum field theory, the vacuum state (also called the vacuum) is the quantum state with the lowest possible energy. Generally, it contains no physical particles. Zero-point field is sometimes used as a synonym for the vacuum state of an individual quantized field.

According to present-day understanding of what is called the vacuum state or the quantum vacuum, it is "by no means a simple empty space",[1] and again: "it is a mistake to think of any physical vacuum as some absolutely empty void."[2] According to quantum mechanics, the vacuum state is not truly empty but instead contains fleeting electromagnetic waves and particles that pop into and out of existence.

Mr. Sniffer: When will you be driving through Hammonton? If you can, next time let me know and we will drink a 24-ouncer in front of the Horizon Grocery with the boys from down under(not Australia).

Beerengineer: My point is that every lay person just accepts any findings you scientists have and treat it all as Bible. I don't trust you guys.

Chavez: This spring when the bars have faired a bit better, you come on up to the jetty, ok.

Native Americans called it the 'Great Mystery'. They couldn't explain it, so they didn't even bother debating it or killing each other over it. Instead, they celebrated the things that effected their daily lives. Like the sun, or their corn harvest.[/QUOTE]

And then the christians butchered them in the name of jesus.
