early bird gets the worm for tomorrow morning. It should be pretty glassy early for Delmarva/New Jersey. OBX still looking onshore.

i just got out of the water here in oc,md. one of the toughest paddle outs since noel, first time since then that i have gotten denied on an attempt to get out. there were a few rogue waves that had about 10ft faces, no kidding. the inside waves were head high. tomorrow morning could be epic.

No I could defintely see 10 ft. because swell is ESE and he's talkin bout ocmd (I think) which has a pretty good window for swells with some south in it. and it seems like its windswell (9 sec.) so probably not too much shadowing.

P.S. Anyone who is more knowledgable than me of this break and consistency/forecasts please feel free to refute anything I just said as I am probably wrong.

Refute... good word grommie. Shaka. :)

Today was okay, drifty as hell... did get a few nice long lefts. Spots in North oc have bars that are setup here and there.

40.6....water temp,....no morning coffee needed with temps still like that. and all the flags in OC are dead right at the moment, so those glassy conditions in the am should be right on.:)

still no wind issues, yet...pulled up to one of the better spots and only three out, or I should say there were only three out and what looked like a number more pulling up and getting suited up. It really did not look all that good, although there are waves so what else do you need to know. clean yes, not all that organized, strange how it looked like high tide, at 7am, not much of anything breaking out farther. maybe due to the swell period,.. this may end up being much better as the tide comes in and is more near full. I am going to give it an hour and then go back,....I just hope those winds hold out long enough, otherwise you know we can score northward:rolleyes:

Seems chest high for the most part with some plus out there, incoming should be better.
