Do you climb?

    Hiking the White is an awesome way to spend time the family. I'm sure glad my parents took me up there when i was little. it certainly instilled an appreciation for nature that has helped shape who i am.

    HA!! good one....but its the "twin peaks" that are appealing and worth the climb!! Then once up there....mount!!

    I lived in Colo Springs before moving here. He'd drop El Cid and run amok in the Garden of the Gods at night. One time we were at the base of a straight up wall at midnite and decided to climb. We got up a ways when someone mentioned all the times we'd see the rescue squad fetching a petrified climber. So we stopped.

    Yeah, random surf post. Actually I was trying to respond to one of the posts that was surf related, but WTF. ANyway, you DO have to climb at point judith, down over the rocks to the water and then back up to the lot, but I never roped up for that climb. And over at Second beach I always wanted to climb Purgatory Chasm.

    That is dedication to surf if you gotta climb to get there. Nice man.
