Okay, start with a Twin Hindus Double IPA Get some pork. I prefer boneless country ribs for the fat content, but I'm using a pork loin on this one Slice it about half an inch thick Get your char siu seasoning out. Directions tell you to mix it with some water, I just cover the pork with the powder. The moisture in the pork mixed with the seasoning will create almost a syrup when marinating. Careful with the seasoning, it will stain clothes. After covering the pork with the seasoning I put it all in a zip lock to marinate for a day or two.
When it's done marinating, fire up that grill and get it hot! I cook mine on very high heat actually burning it slightly. The char on the fat goes well with the flavors. Alright, get some!!!!
Looks good, but I read this just the other day and feel like I gotta share it. http://www.npr.org/blogs/goatsandso...-antibiotic-use-on-farms-skyrockets-worldwide
My aunt told me the Chinese are buying up all the agricultural land in Louisiana and converting most to pig farms. America is no longer American. You can save all that "this country was founded by immigrants crap". This is simply not the same...
Well, luckily I was just starting a delicious food tread and not an immigrant/ animal antibiotic war tread! HA
Well, back in the early 90s the japs were buying up all NYC. The liberals erroneously touted it would prevent any foreigners from trying a surprise bomb attack. We saw how well that worked.....
Someone just did one not too long ago and it was good, I can't remember who. Maybe Brew? Nothing to repair right now, but I have one, I will def do a tutorial!
Yes, sir! HA HA, the ipa I made was just a joke, I thought it would go over a little better. I'ma have to step up my game!
