Metard has more than a tenth grade education. I checked his permanent record. The one we all have since we entered kindergarten. Well, the northerners did at least. I don't know if the south does kindergarten as they take much stock in book-learning.

Metard, we have the lowest tax rates in the first world. Though, some of them commie-European countries get 2- months vacation, college educations, paternity/maternity leave, and all sorts of good stuff for their extra tax contributions. Yes, Europe is clueless and has only been surviving and prosperous for several more centuries than the U.S. But what do they know, they are European? Of course, I refer to Western Europe only, as Eastern Europe is just horrific.

 

This is a good point. We as a country must seem pretty arrogant to dictate to other countries that have been around for a millennia or 5. We've been on the map for less than 250 years. Kind of like a 16-year old kid explaining life to a great-grandfather.

But, I digress. I believe that we should concentrate on what's going on in our own house, and stay the fvck out of other people's affairs unless those affairs affect us directly. I am aware that all the history books claim that "Isolationism" is what got us into WW2, but I don't believe it. Fate (and Fascism) dragged us into that quagmire. I say we give Isolationism another stab. Couldn't hurt...could it?

^^^ It's true that this country was NOT founded on Christianity. However, it WAS founded as "One Nation Under God". That doesn't make it Christian though. It was founded on the basis that we shall have freedom OF Religion as well as Freedom FROM religion.

In other words, everybody is free to believe in any religion they choose, OR people can choose to not believe in ANY religion at all. It's totally up to you and I. That's what makes this Country so great, is the FREEDOM to choose these things for yourself and the fact that nobody (AKA the government) can't force their religion or beliefs on you.

People get it twisted when they talk about God. Believing in God does not make one a Christian. All religions refer to God in one way or another. It doesn't say "One Nation Under Jesus", it's "One Nation Under God".

I agree with all said points. Although, I don't mind if we take out ISIS. I am a pacifist for all intents and purposes, but we need remove those deranged, lunatic zealots from the face of this planet.
