    Not every grom is like this. I buy my own used craigslist gear, of course parents will buy a few things for presents like any normal parent would, but a lot of the stuff I have I buy with my own money. I'm happy with what I have and I don't need the top quality things to show my skill. I have fun and it's not all about the social media, either. I like to take photos and I wouldn't do it if I didn't like it.

    I envy the groms with million dollar houses right on the beach, not gonna lie. But not all groms are stuck up and rich, thinking they know it all... nah braddah.. that's not the way to roll in surfing... I respect every type of surfer and any board they like to ride and so should all groms.

    You do realize you pulled this exact type of behavior with the original post on this thread... Now you're calling out somebody (who is CLEARLY trolling you) for the same sheet.

    Secondly, if people are paddling around you, you must not be at the peak.

    Saw that post, hombre. I've never met the kid, (don't really want to either) the way he conducts himself on social media is laughable, I couldn't imagine how he is in real life. The kids a scrub, and he isn't going to get very far in life with the attitude he's got.

    Just another Jersey kid who thinks he is tough. One day he'll mouth off to the wrong guy and get taught a valuable lesson.

    that whole crew (r.mack video edit) are a bunch of dorks. mack is quite possibly the worst of them all.

    inciniti posted a similiar rant about not getting shots in mags/websites because "politics". like come on man.

    Ah you know I've been known to "teach a lesson" but I call it the Philadelphia treatment...the cops in LBI don't like that kinda of behavior though Gnar...Matter fact it landed me on probabtion at the age of 15
    You know I used to respond with violence..like it was my go to..
    With age I've mellowed...

    Hey, Jawn, I'm all to familiar with what the boys in blue like and dislike down on LBI. I've had my run ins...

    I'm not violent myself, and tend to not let myself get worked up over some child who likes to spew garbage from his mouth. If he decides to touch me, all bets are off mi amigo, but until then...

    I'm super mellow, dude, you on the island for the summer? Maybe we can meet up for a brewski and mac on some babes.

    Nah I lived there till I was 15 teen...my family house sold in 2008
    I still be lurking around there a lot..especially in the summer..
    We shall meet in the parking lot across from the tower..smoke a couple bowls..get stoked and feast on panzones..you know this what all the cool kids used to do on the island...just ax Riley or Brad
    Where you staying at on the island..

    there are a number of guys that are much much better surfers than this crew that goes out to surf for the sake of surfing, not for instagram likes.
