Everyone needs a goal in Life, raddamoron. Your obsession with my whatever my surfing ability is, or isn't(?) is taking on Freudian implications.

 

Mr. Sink what the hell is it with you and being the best? I mean this in all honesty not to flame you. You are a middle aged guy who surfs for a hobby. You will never be a pro or win any contests, hell no one here cept Bret is. Why do you persist in trying to make everything a competition?

I can assure you I am an average surfer at BEST. I will never make a living surfing, I will never have a pic in a mag and I don't care about that at all. All you ever seem to care about is a pecking order based on skill and have been told over and over again that is not how SI works. Before you should up we rarely if ever had any threads about "I surf better than you". Sure we had lots of fighting but no one cared who was "the best" because we are all amateurs.

If all you care about is points and rankings then go enter some local comps or start a surf club and get the hell over yourself.

 

Oh and Brad look at all the responses to your posts. Even members who are chill all the time call you an ass. Look in the mirror and you will see the problem. The only reason you are so mad is because no one agrees with you and your attitude.

 

you seem like a great role model. i really hope your childrens mother(s) is/are normal because it'd be a damn shame if your kids grow up being exactly like you

You're a self-described tuff guy w big ba!!s. How about this: you paddle out clad only in a speedo; you get out the back & you start beating your own chest while screaming invectives (big word.....take a minute....look it up) at Yankee. Make some gorilla noises for effect!

Then you catch a wave! And being the really beeeg tuff hombre that you are, you punch yourself in your nuts! Really give your package a pummeling! Maybe punch yourself in your nuts twice, you've got the time to do this since you're shredding that wave all the way to the shore pound! You surf up onto the beach, you leap off your board, screaming in either pain or pleasure & there it is!

You're not the guy for sh!t. You are a middle aged washed up jock who thinks surfing is a way to redeem his wasted life. We haze newbs as a tradition. 99% of them make it through and are better for it. No one respects, fears or anything but laughs at you. We think you are the face of commercialized surfing and all that is wrong with it. Go join a over 40's football team or a gun club and get extreme. Otherwise you deal with it or shut the fuk up.

I don't think I've ever read a post by raddadbrad that I found offensive. And I think on this forum as well as in the water surfing ability and the level of respect given should go hand and hand. So a surf off is legit. My philosophy is speak softly "in real life and the internet" the two worlds do occasionally collide. Just this weekend it was pointed out to me who an especially obnoxious SI poster was in real life. From what I was able to observe he had an amusing lack of prowess in the water. This forum has really gone down the tubes as far as content is concerned. All the Christian bashing, republican bashing, each other bashing is getting boring. At least this is about surfing.

 

Lmfao!!!! I'll make a video like this, but I prefer to leave my nuts out of it. Can we wait until it's warm!
