No, I'm pretty sure it wasn't an accident, and this was between 15 and 20 years ago, that kind of thing wasn't frowned on in NC back then.

 

theres way better police shooting videos online.its hard searching for a particular shooting ,as there are so fukin many!!im happy im not black,yea i fukin said it,its a dangerous world for them things nowadays.i cant even count how many times i ran from cops as a youth,it was just excercize,and the only times i got arrested was when i didn't run.

most of these cop shootings are justified,according to the court lol,not according to me.guy sells gun to cop,runs gets killed.in a sick twisted way it was justified and the cop will get off.the david Ramirez one was a good one,if that's his name,ramirez is his last name,cop rolled up recognized the dude,told him to get out,shot him like 6 times in a car loaded with people.

funniest part for me is when i see them cuffing dead guys.theyll blow your head clean off your body and slam your body in the ground screaming stop resisting.put the cuffs on then drag your azz to the car and dump your body in the backseat.it takes a "special" kind of person to drive around with a cuffed dead guy in your backseat.

Truthfully UNJUSTIFIED police shootings are very rare. Most are either justified or accidents because the suspect "panicked" the cop. These should be treated like a workplace accident. Every week people die on construction sites and at other jobs due to a mistake by a co worker. These folks are not prosecuted for their mistake.

I agree that they are rare and most are justified... But you can't just shoot someone because you are scared. If you panic that easy don't be a cop.

 

I agree. Too many folks wearing a badge who have no business wearing it. It's like I tell my 9 year old, if you follow an authority figure's directions (mom, dad, teacher, etc) then 99.9% of the time everything will be just fine. I fully believe that if the dude in N Charleston had not run he would still be alive.

 

He would be alive if he didn't run. But you can't shoot a guy for running.
