You shouldn't smoke if you're under 18 at a minimum. Brain is still developing. After 18, all day erryday.
I started in 7th grade and have been consistent with it most of my life. My brain developed just fine I reckon. I'm not suggesting every kid go out and get stoned every day, it's definitely not for everybody, but it aint a drug and it didn't stunt my growth any. I am doing pretty well for myself and am a leader within the organization I work for. There are those who will use it as an excuse to do nothing with their lives, but I believe those same people would be lazy no matter what they do.
I often blame it for short term memory loss. Then I found out that Alzheimer's runs in my family. So I guess that theory is shot to hell.
lol reminds me of a funny story,i was at ozzfest whatever year hatebreed was there on the 2nd stage,me and my buddy are right front and center,we light up,as soon as they start playing,moshpit breaks out. like 5 seconds into the mosh I drop the blunt,and everyone subsided and let me pick it up,took it,hit it,and resume mosh.great times lol

I started burning around the same time,never affected my education.i was always on the honor roll,got straight a's and b's while smoking before,during,and after school.the decline for me was when I got my liscense and I was able to just leave school whenever I wanted to take whoever wanted to smoke me out on a blunt cruise.that's when I failed because of too many absents,dropped out and joined the army.lol and that didn't even slow me down. now I blame my grammer skills on the internet and text messaging.i used to do spelling b's and was the best student in literacy,then texting retards for the next 10 yrs lowered my spelling lol.the weed aint gut nottin tue due wit it!!
That is what any responsible crowd would do! Good on them, woulda been a shame to waste that blunt. I saw a show with Agnostic Front when they came with Dropkick Murphy's before they were considered "cool" and mainstream and played during every sporting event involving a Boston team. The pit was one of the most aggressive I've been in HAHA, it turned into a fight between the skin heads and punks, good times... good times...
yea I don't even know what pits are like nowadays,been a long time since I took part in one.i actually never took part in them,they just happen to always form around me and im stuck in the middle lol.that's what u get when u want to get close to the stage.no ragrets tho lol,would love to see the murphys
I first got high on herb in 8th grade. This was the 70s when all everyone had was low grade mexican brown brick weed (they tried to call it "columbian gold", but who really knew). A typical bag would have a bunch of stems and seeds, a few tiny little bud looking things and a ton of shake...still got me high. My friend's big sister's boyfriend scored us weed all through 9th grade. We smoked whenever we could. Pretty much every day (when we had it)...sometimes before school and even during school. Once, he got us some "maui wowie". After we smoked it, my pupils dilated so much, I couldn't even see my iris anymore...probably standard compared to the green bud you get at dispensaries today. Went to boarding school in 10th grade and only smoked when I came home for holidays. Didn't start regularly smoking again until I went to art school a couple years later. Some of my friends got creative or hyperactive when they smoked, but I just got stupified (yeah, I could maybe just take one hit, but that's not my style)...and it definitely killed my motivation for anything other than food, sex and sleeping. Got really into growing and making hash and oil...but then things just changed and I started doing other things. My high school friends still smoke herb to this day, but I don't even drink anymore. I still think weed is the only drug worth using because you can't o.d. on it and it doesn't make you sick or a hangover. If I started again, it would definitely be edibles, because coughing sucks.
It might have looked like lawn clippings, or something you should sprinkle on a pizza, and been a fraction of the potency of anything around these days but at $20-$25 an ounce it didn't break the bank!
