    Great post pumpy and thanks for the extra links CCdog.

    I've always been a space/science geek. Lately I've become mildly obsessed with wrapping my head around quantum physics. Gonna give these a good read over the weekend.

    Been reading tons of Brian Greene on string theory as well as Lawrence Krauss..Im more into Cosmology though especially what caused and existed prior to the big bang.

    Haven't read either of those, I'll look it up.

    I've been focusing on the that stages from big bang to ~400k years when star formation really got going, and just trying to understand the basic concepts of quantum physics.

    This looks cool y'all.
    I can't find the thread that was talking about that turbine jimmy that smashes atoms...
    whether they cranked that thing up last Wednesday or the day before yesterday, I guess the world did NOT get sucked into a black hole....

    SO WHERE'S MY GOD PARTICLES??? have we cured breast cancer yet or what?
