True leaders don't have to convince people to follow. People willingly will follow someone when that person has credibility, competence, and the right motives that people can trust.

that's basically my life in a nutshell.I make a little bit better money,but im sure they were making 15 bucks an hour 20 yrs ago which isn't bad at all.right now in my life sleep is the most important thing to me.I don't care about money,hanging out,don't really have time to hang out but I basically go to sleep around 11:30 at night and wake up at 4:45 am.I work on average 10 hrs a day,sometimes more depending on the current job.I work in the field,which means u don't punch in and punch out,your there til the work is done for the day. theres days when its epic out,(surf) and im just too tired to go.I missed a lot of good swells,and the crazy part is most of my jobs are like 10 minutes from the beach.its not like I have to go out of my way.work truly does suck. but I got my vacation time coming up and im going on a surf trip in the prime season for swell at this particular spot.its really the only thing im looking forward to this year.and that's the only reason im not quitting this job,I make pretty good money,not rich,but enough to do whatever I want,but I don't mind taking a pay cut to have a job that's easier on the body.my current work is definitely shaving years off my life

There is no false thinking on my part as my thoughts on you are my opinion and nothing you could say on here or in person would change that. I will let you know that meeting in person is not a good idea as i do have a short fuse for close minded ignorance and if you read the what SI taught you thread you would know that making me angry face to face is not a good idea. Life advice: 1) Don't bother getting an education. My second cousin twice removed didn't bother with it an now he's the lead cashier at Wal Mart. We call him Mr. Fancy Pants now. 2) Evolution isn't real, so don't bother with that nonsense. 3) Listen to the authorities, they always have your best interests in mind. 4) Be dogmatic and close minded. Thinking about stuff just leads to confusion. 5) Abuse your body as much as possible. We're all gonna die someday. Do you want to be the guy who lives to be a hundred and didn't eat sausage and bacon every day and wash it down with a cig? My Grandma's second cousin twice removed ate bacon and drank and smoked every day and he lived to be 65, so that proves all the exercising is a waste of time. 7) Don't care about the environment like some stupid hippy. Real men throw their trash out the window. If this stupid planet can't get rid of a little plastic what good is it? 8) Trust your employer to take care of you, esp. for retirement. They have your best interests in mind and appreciate loyalty. 9) If a drop dead gorgeous woman has never approached and propositioned you and you are in a bar in a a foreign country flashing cash and a drop dead gorgeous woman approaches you, it's your lucky night because she obviously has never seen a more handsome man in her life. Make sure you go to a place of her choosing, not your hotel, etc...And don't make her uncomfortable complaining about any shady looking characters hanging around. 10) Don't eat the brown acid.
