I picked up a pair of gloves for next season on sale and tried them out this past weekend. They are the 3/2 flash bomb....3 for the whole hand and two from wrist. Inside the glove at the 3 to 2 seam there is a ring seal, then the rest of the glove continues and seems extra long through the wrist. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone has a pair. It seems like the 2mm wrist extends much further than traditional gloves I am used to. I got to thinking the ring seal tucks under the sleeve and the 2mm extended wrist folds over top. It just seems like a lot of glove to be tucking under the sleeve. But, overlapping the extended wrist over sleeve seems counterintuitive (or really kookie) Anybody??? I looked online and ripcurl site and could not identify the exact pair.
I got a pair. I do think the wrist is a little long, but I'd still tuck it in. My 5 and 7 mil versions of the same gloves have the same seal thing inside and I tuck those under the sleeve. And my excels have probably just as long as a wrist. Tuck it up mang
Z- I saw those on their site but mine are different. Same wrist length but they have a sticky palm (I deserve what is about to ensue for that but the design/pattern is different on the palm).
Ah, i'll leave that one alone. LOL I picked up a pair of Quikliver Neo Goo as back ups... horrible! No traction on the palm at all! I had to put some neoprin repair glue on the palms just for some traction.
