We'll have to send you to orientation... Here's the quick start guide: 1) What's the wave height in Belmar? -> Its always 23ft in Belmar 2) What color helmet goes best with an orange space suit? -> No color works. You will always look like a kook. 3) Why is it bad to be a latex dummy in Maine? -> You'll get raped by a bearded Maine woodsman and his dog. Not to mention the sonic ear claps. They're very debilitating. 4) If you see a windowless van that has "Free surf camp" spray painted on the side, what do you do? -> Run. Fast. Hope this helps. BTW - we're all retarded here. Metard is the only one who'll admit it. If you can't get pics of your wife/gf/mom, just post any pics of hot chicks. We may call BS on it, but we'll still look. Again. and again.
Royal blue. Not too flashy but not too plain. It seems I have struck gold here. I finally have people to talk to while maintaining that status they call "gainfully employed." Anyways, thanks for the awesome welcome aboard dudes. I'm debating surfing pt mugu navy base this weekend if anyone is up for it. Space in car is 3 more seats, bring an i.d. as the navy likes to check that stuff upon entry. (Ben, if you're out here the navy base is a solid sponge sanctuary with empty lefts in the morning).
Lol, just wanted to share the chance for those that haven't gotten in on the particular wave. I remember growing up before joining I had always wanted to, but never had access. Getting trolled or not I've always believed most of us that surf are generally respectful individuals with a common religion of surfing.
^^^ We are getting quality members in the last few weeks. DEAR NEW GUY, Welcome to the forum. This is arguably the Montessori School of surfing intellect. You're surfing and you're grammer will improve by the daye. If you do this right, your free time will quickly dissolve and your life will become an internet based frat party hazing, complete with man crushes. On behalf of the community here, please take your own life immediately. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1WxFGuzJ-kA
Don't you west coasters have any comparable sites y'all could frequent? This is an east coast surf predictin' website message board. Who would listen to a surf report for their area that is generated by some dude 3000 miles away, who don't know sh!t aboot California? That's like tuning-in to MSW. Yeah, some dipsh!ts from Scotland are going to tell me what my favorite jetty will be like a week from now..... I don't pay attention to Surfline for God's sakes....Well, I don't pay attention to any of this stuff. I live day-to- day, not next-week-to-next-week. Anyways, I understand your need for aggressive surf talk from sources outside the greater LA area as we are much more witty and sharp on the right coast...well the northerners are. The south, well God bless their lil' hearts. Anyway, welcome aboard. You got any pain killers?
Howdy Tun4, Thanks for the open invite to Pt. Magu, that is very awesome of you. Riley pointed out we are mostly east coasters, and I doubt I'll be out there anytime soon. If you ever screw up really bad, and they deploy you to Riviera Beach, FL, PM me. I don't have access to any gated military installations, but I know a few good peaks. Nobody has mentioned this is also a great place for medical advice. Anything from hangover cures to separated shoulders to clinical depression can be solved here. Just like the surf forecasts, they may be a tad off from time to time, buy hey it's free so it's all good. Respectfully, sisurfdogg
