Ok. go to a marine store and get poly resin pigment. mix in white first then your color. Then hardener. Don't try to make it perfect just get as close as possible. Do a test batch or two first.

You might want to leave the delam. Might be more work than its worth that's up to you and what u want to do. Your game plan should be to continue to ask questions as you go And to mix nice batches of resin.

I get that you care about the aesthetics. Keep in mind a good repair should be your first priority if you want to make it look nice post repair is your doctor up time. You might want to take it to a friend with an airbrush.

Your two options are pigment in the resin or airbrush and clear coat after. Both should be easy and give you good results of done right. You are however going to incur the cost Money wise. Make sure to leave it outside in a dry spot for a few hot days. Next strip away the crap foam and fiberglass. Then do your fills (resin with thickening agent) then cloth then hot coat then finish.

I am kind of rambling it's hard to type on the phone and I'm doing a repair right now. feel free to ask questions or pm me and we can go over it on the phone.

So your immediate work is to decide on the coloring method. Next is to get good sand paper/orbital sander and get cracking on the prep work. Anything that will let water in needs to be sanded and sanded well.

The only successful way that I have repaired delam and kept the color is by cuting a slit and injecting resin- then vacuum bag the repair to suck all the air out of the board and suck the fiberglass tight and even onto the while the resin cures.

It's not so hard- just requires and old vacuum.

I wrote instructions with pics on here some years ago- it might be worth trying to use the search option for the many threads on how to fix delam!

    Walking.

    Interesting.

    Lonesome.

You might want to paint the whole bottom. Just use the right paint and clear coat

Besides the repair ....troll craigslist. You'd be surprised what pops up there sometime ... Not new but I've seen and bought some really gently used boards for anywhere from 30-75 -125....heck at one time I had 7-8 boards and I can't even surf ...yet...you gotta be quick sometime but worth the time imo...
