Thanks surfdogg. we will see and I will know. It seems like there are a lot more niche and private movements if you will there vs Virginia. Perhaps I should look into Florida...even if it's Orlando. Any thoughts?
Orlando is a rat race, but it is only an hour and a half drive to one of the most consistent beaks on the EC - New Smyrna, and I think it is only 45 min from east Orlando to Cocoa Beach, land of small surf and salvation.
