From jersey im going down for a family trip in obx in a few weeks. Rented a house in the Duck/Corolla area and looking for some decent spots somewhat nearby. Not looking to give away any specifics but some general areas would be nice.
Im looking for HWP, morally-casual, bisexual women...lil help? and OP 1) start a hello thread 2) the sand bars shift all the time, find one that works, if you have a 4wd and a permit all the better
The best waves in OBX are on the sound side of the islands. You will score for sure. Oh and pick up an eastern European chic at the Food Lion to bang.
Good for you, man. This is a safe place to talk about these things. Place for you to say and be anything. Be yourself. You are among friends.
The reality is, like all beach breaks, walk a mile up or down the beach and pick the best peak you see break on the walk to paddle out at (Thats probably the largest sample-size you need to gauge surf quality and pick a standout break). Its the best comb to score ratio I've found. All the Jetties and piers are over-hyped and over crowded down there any swell size. Needless to say, east coast surfing rules of thumb apply there just like everywhere else. hope my blissfully vague tips are helpful! good luck!
Excellent job fellas, excellent job!! Ranger, 1 pick of the wife gets 1 surf spot. 2 pics of the wife gets two surf spots, and so on. 1 pick of grandma and all deals are off! Bwahahahha
I would start with the ocean east of the island that you will be conveniently located on, and work your way down the beach, might run into something that resembles surfable waves
Went to duck for a visit brought the board with me and just ran through a private neighborhood to find some sick chest high peak, no one out and every paddle I felt the side of fish sketched me out but basically check wannasurf or scope out some random sand bars, ask a SurfShop or something
Dude I went to that shop once when I was a young kid. 16 or so. Some guy in there told me a story about how he assisted his friends suicide on accident or something. There was a kayak involved.
