    Very nice. Brown sugar is always key in pork bbq products, if you ask me. I did a rack of ribs yesterday, testing out my Kamado grill with smoker plate for the first time. They turned out very well, despite starting a hair to hot (250-260F).

    Just checked out the grill. Is it pretty similar to the big green egg?

    Yep, almost exactly the same. The ceramic really retains heat, and allows for even cooking.
