Luckily in VB you won't have to miss too many days for good waves. If you're young and haven't established a family I would look for a job in an area that has more of a pulse.

 

Your too lazy for the west coast, so don't come here. You don't like to kiss ass enough for the east coast, so don't stay there.

Go design culverts and dew civil engineering for the subdivisions full of Expats that are going up in Costa Rica or thereabouts. Surf and bang local hindus.

Go to some east Asian island nation and teach English. Surf and bang local hindus.

 

^Surfh2o. Absolutely agree, VB is a pretty awful place to be a surfer. Top 3 at least, Lake Michigan, Sarasota FL may actually rank lower.
