The ones who don't get the sec 8 housing subsidy, have a bunch of illegals illegally living in the country and illegally break code laws for number of people in a house. Ahole landlords take thme because they pay the high rent price and can split it between several people who many of them collect subsidies. The high rent price increases other rent prices for citizens who are paying for these illegals in taxes and inflated rent prices.
