Beachbreak, I lived in Brigantine all through college. It's a 40 min commute to Hammonton, but ZERO Traffic.
Really fun place to live. Quiet in winter and busy in the summer. waves are generally fickle there, but AC is a short drive and always better.

St. Georges is 24 hours too! Anyone know if the Rod is still open? That place was a glorious mess

Brew: Almost the same thing happened to me a couple summers ago. Rode board in and hopped off into the shallows onto a ray/skate. Startled the heck outta me. Once my heartbeat returned to normal, I was just glad its barb didn't get me. Hope you heal up soon.

Hey, Riley, bud. I've been on a bit of a hiatus for a while, been living it up down in LBI.

Last Friday I was at the ketch with this chick, got all sorts of banged up, took it back to the beach, did the business. Shortly after, I realized my wallet ain't in my pocket, there goes $200 in cash, ID, credit card, bummed...but whatever, slept it off in my car.

Next day I'm driving back home from work and I got pulled over. My gas tank has been hanging pretty low lately, figured I could squeeze one more day out of it, wrong. Kind officers make me tow it to the nearest auto place up in Harvey Cedars. Next day I get it towed all the way back to Trenton because I got the hook up at an auto place, ain't no way these LBI guys are taking my money. Took the drive with the tow truck driver, was a pretty stand up guy.

Anyway, that's all I got for ya right now. Don't spend too much time on the interwebs. Been spending most of my time beachin', workin' and an awful lot of boozin'.

Dude, the jetty smokes AC unless it's a NE swell and has size. Tell your friends. But Ocean City trumps them all.

Gnarbutter, what's on. Still drinking and living promiscuously, huh?

You should make friends with Beachbreak's son. Maybe he'll give you some beer.

Mizpah and certain Apartment complexes, especially near RT 322 by the mall, are the only places in May's Landing that should be sketchy. Really May's Landing doesn't have a rep for wayward youth wandering the streets.

    Well, good luck.

Really? Mays Landing, damn scary place. I would stay in Asbury or Elizabeth before going there.

You guys are vajayjays. I've never heard such nonsense regarding a simple 5 mg Percocet. Dude, I've eaten twenty of them at once.

Tuck into that one ya c@nts !!

Please I implore you(Brew and Blue Barry) to attend my opiate/opioid training class. It's only $250 for a three hour session. I'll have you sucking-up multiple Roxis in no time. You have to get used to them, but, oh, the rewards are so worth it. Having a habit is killer and builds character.

Liam you just quoted me saying Mays Landing ain't scary and then you get all sarcastic. No where on here did I say Mays Landing is hairy. There's a few apartment complexes with dudes who run in the Atlantic City thug world and the Mizpah section is hicky hood.

Oh lots of white trash....we have a lot of that down here.

Just messing with you. You can say any town has some shady area or possible dopers, except Spring Lake or Sea Girt but I'm sure they got the coke going with all the high class mfers.

Liam never mess around aboot bad areas. It's too important.

Not every town has shady areas but all towns in Jersey have healthy populations of dopers. It's what New Jersey residents do. And if anyone thinks I exaggerate I welcome them to spend some time on da streets of Jersey. It's like an epidemic these days. Really.

Damn Brew! Sorry to hear. Hope ya heal up fast.
Family was in PR last week and my son got poked by a sea urchin. His finger began to bleed, swell, turning purple and then his hand began to swell also. Kinda freaked us out. Went to a pharmacy and they told us to pour candle wax on it to remove barbs and then soak in hot water. He was fine the next day. Seemed to be really painfull for several hours. Live and learn.

It's funny I've never hurt myself or my board when waves are good. It's always when it sux that stuff goes wrong.

Yeah those mall area apartments don't look that bad(in a Northeast decaying ghetto kind of way..rowhomes and abandon factories, man) but they have "issues," sort of. A few shootings a year. Residents routinely get shot in Pleasantville or AC. Ahh, but if you ain't in The Game you'll be ok, maybe...probably. Neighbors will probably be annoying at the very least. Loud...unsophisticated....uneducated......you know, like illegals.

SS: You pool-hopping? B!tchen. Man these people with pools. Movie stars.

    Cement ponds.

Brew: Alcohol is the most dangerous substance known to man. Brew, you have any left? What did ya get Perc 5's? Probably?
