foot positioning

    Lube the shaft then insert slowly....wait, wait I might be reading the wrong set of instructions...

    in this case you insert between her feet. Not my thing but hey man, to each their own.

    The problem is probably where you position your hands when you do your pop-up. If you're hands are too far up (like you're doing a standard push-up) you'll pop up too far forward. Try putting one hand where your chest is and the other more toward your waist. So if your regular foot....left hand by chest right hand by your side. this will cause you to push your body weight farther toward the rear of the board and having your right arm back will help with twisting your body and getting up a little faster.

    Plan B: Tie parachute cord around your back ankle using an improved clinch knot, and tie the other end to your leash plug. Make sure it's short enough to not allow your foot past the front of your tail pad. Throw out your leash.
    Or just refer to Plan A (throw out your board because it's f*cked).
