http://www.balihai.com/Hanalei_Real_Estate/Hanalei-Bayfront-Hom_238561.aspx It's only 4.8 Million - Let's go in on it!!!
how does a pro surfer afford a home like that.im sure slater couldn't even afford it with all his titles.and the house is fukin tiny compared to what u can get in the us with 4 mil.fuk Hawaii, too damn expensive.they probably jacked up the price because it was andys house, like that makes it special or something
Hi why would the wolf pak have an issue with someone buying this house? I thought the wolfpack just regulates Pipe?
technically the "wolfpak" are a bunch of kauaians.they aint no local oahuians or whatever da phuk u call them.idk who ever let them loose on pipeline, but yea they aint no locals.its like me regulating the outer banks from nj.
yeah but this is a realestate transaction involving legal us currency between the current owner/bank and a buyer. the wolfpak is not recognized by the courts as having any legal authority. Its pretty close to the beach too, as mentioned above someone said it was not close to the beach. if you look at the map and drag it you can see how close it is to the surfbreak.
Creepy as hell. Waaaayyyyy too many ghosts in that domicile. Just looking at the real estate promo pics has an off-putting vibe. I hope she gets her price but that place is spooky.
I'd do a deal with the buyer/owner of that place to take the landscaping contract. Gotta be every bit of $350-400k per year. Plus, I'd work it in there that i could store my boards in the 'maintenance shed' & surf there whenever I please. Hire a bunch of landscaper dudes & surf it up every dang day. Go for the landscaping contract, Z, I'm tellin' ya...
great thanks. that sounds like an insult. I've been a lurker, but I read the comments over time. But it seemed like the poster was serious about the wolfpak.
what do you want to know? my favorite color? haha. I'm in the Mid atlantic/North east area. I guess I am sort of a newer surfer. I started a few years ago. But I think I'm pretty good. I don't get pitted all the time as you guys might guess from my name. I decided to join in some of the conversations especially with hurricane season starting to come to life. This would actually be the first hurricane season I will have time to surf so I'm pretty excited for it. Also I had been searching the forum and was thinking that maybe we could start a sticky thread to talk about tips and tricks to help people who might also be somewhat new to surfing. but I guess that's about it for what people should know about one another on an internet thread? Looking foward to chimming in here and there.
that house is situated in Paradise. right smack dab on da beach in Hanalei. that area is friggen magical. i don't care how jaded of a traveler you are, Hanalei should still be considered a special place. if I was f**k you rich, I would buy it. now, if you go around the bend and out of Hanalei into Princeville, etc, the prices get much much cheaper. A 15 min ride from the beach and you save a couple million, easy. Location location location, bichez.
