well... if you don't understand the true mechanics of capitalism then you can't understand why bernie sanders is probably the worst thing for our country. And part of how a capitalistic system works is ugly, meaning that the masses are not really supposed to be living on easy street. The masses are supposed to be working hard and keeping the system moving all the while being pissed and hopefully trying to figure out an edge over everyone else. It is the only thing that is guaranteed in this system, the opportunity to work (hopefully at what you like) and chase the American dream. Way more often than not, people spend their entire lives working and never getting ahead... being trapped with the masses, hopefully saving enough that by the time you retire you can eat bread and butter until you die. that's the ugly part.
The all important element to a capitalistic society is that for those few individuals that figure it out, that put the really hard and smart work in... whatever it might be, that gives them an edge over everyone else will rise above everyone and, theoretically, they become our leaders. In industry, science, in technology, medicine... in politics. And without this system, our leaders would not rise from being smarter than the rest of us, they would rise using methods of violence, force, intimidation and ruthlessness. Dictatorships happen this way.

Bernie Sanders is trying to solve symptoms without looking at what actually is causing the problems. He just thinks that if everyone is entitled to the same things in america, everything will be great, everyone will be happy. But if all we can hope for in american life is to have the same as everyone else.... where is the motivation to push boundaries and make advancement? It is necessary to give a reward for truly hard and innovative work that propels people out of the pool of the average working stiff.
So Bernie Sanders is everything that america is not. In fact, voting for bernie sanders is probably the most dangerous thing you could do with your vote.

As far as why the system is having so many problems right now is too complex to go into in a single post. But I think a very big problem can be solved if we were to move all, not some, but all manufacturing back to the united states. There is an enormous amount of people who are not smart enough to be a doctor, lawyer, scientist, inventor.... things of that nature. But they are perfectly suited to sit on an assembly line and build things. For now though.... they are slowly falling into poverty and eventually oblivion.

not to mention.... Sanders is not even able to keep his own microphone at his speeches. that fact alone says something really troubling about having him as a leader of the united states, no?

2) you do realize increases to minimum wages will increase incentive for automation and actually REDUCE the amount of people earning money? or drive small business out of business.

3) we need infrastructure, but where is money coming from? printing more from thin air? or taking it from people who work?

5) wheres that 5 billion come from? there are jobs now, but kids dont want them and they go to foreigners. I picked peaches, squash and worked my @ss of on peach farm for years (summers weekdns, etc) as a teenager. I also learned what a vendejo was. american kids working sheet jobs doesnt seem to be happening these days

6) that 78 cents stat is BS. if I start work at a firm same on the date as a woman (with same pay likely), and 10 years later I'm making more, its likely cause I am better at that work, or didnt take time off to birth children. if she is earning more its because she earned it and worked harder than me.

7) wheres that money come from? hard working people? do we make sure they pass the class or just give money? pell grant kids dont even finish school sometimes, talk about waste of taxpayer money. if you want to get laid, go to college, if you want to learn, go online and teach yourself and take CLEP courses

8) wheres this money come from, right now SS is underfunded, this makes it a PONZI SCHEME

9) why tie my healthcare premium/tax into a risk pool of complete fkn degenerates? this is terrrrrrrible

10) how about employers and employees come to their own arrangements? why get a retarded third party (gvt) involved in the transaction?

11) state childcare? u see the stats for abuse in state run programs like child services and dyfs? what if I dont want my kid in preschool? why make it universal? this is ludicrous. compulsory schooling is already bad enough, let a fkn 4 year stay home if he wants too, jesus!

it fails when diversity reaches a point where goals diverge creating a producing class and parasite class
