    "98L has been really pulling it together, and will likely be confirmed as a tropical cyclone Monday. Maximum sustained winds are easily 35MPH, and so the system is also already on the cusp of being named.

    A few of the more interesting model runs on 98L of late, have advanced it at such a good clip - and along a similar path as Danny/x-Danny - to potentially overtake/merge with whatever is left of him in the 120-180 hour time frame, with some runs bringing beneficial rains towards Florida by days 6/7.

    98L has the potential to become a big and significant tropical cyclone. The next name on the list is Erika. "

    Freddie will be the one. The 'F' storms never let us down. Plus, I knew a guy names Freddie. He was a mentally unhinged psychopath. Big,violent dude. if this storm is like him we are set.

    I was living near gulf shores alabama when Fredrick tore us a new one in 1979...believe me, you don't want no part of a freddie. No running water or electricity for months, trees blocked all the streets (good thing I had just bought a bag of weed)

    Erika baby is looking mighty fine. Look at the updated track here on SI. Perfect. She heats up to Cat1 by early Sun AM and curves up offshoure. That vixen should be high on service and then recurve back to love us long time.
