The only difference being that the man in the grey suit doesn't patrol the outfield....

Would make Baseball more fun to watch if he did HAHAHA (I actually watch lots of baseball, but still funny), imagine rounding the bases then all of a sudden out of nowhere, chomp! Talk about a Sports Center highlight.

Well to be honest, I was not going out there alone, especially given the recent seal consumption in the area... I was not there that particular day but some guys I know were witnesses to a GW hitting a seal in the lineup.

Hopefully the word is out to the shark community that I'm grisly and have a bitter aftertaste.

I just had me 2 hours of Danny's leftover groundswell, thigh-waist, 11 seconds. Wasn't even closing out too bad, had some nice peeling lefts. Easy paddle out, easy to catch. O Danny!

Took the streets with headlights off through the still sleeping city, just parking markers letting a scarce driver know of my presence.
First light today around 5:30, out at my go to with a few other people. Some nice 2s and even occasional 3 rolling in despite the high tide. Easy paddling, smooth, silky water. Met the sun at 6:20 on water. Swimming between sets, water warmer than air. Had a few more till 7:10...paddled in for one and popped up switch ... Was like wtf was that about, random.. After that decided that I'm pushing it and I need to get back. Just what I needed today, now time to get ready for work

DP in OC Monday...MISY13 would love that

Yesterday took the cake with that long period swell mixing with that lingering east..Left hander wedges with concrete ramps...landed in the flats right in front some rocks and furked my lid all up but I was so stoked I didn't even care

This morning was the first shower I had since sunday..I felt glad or sad to wash the salt of me nutsack

damn I hope some folks got on it this morning...Real ENE swell this morning from that north atlantic storm. Buoy is reading 3 feet at 12 seconds and winds were light west. it wasn't the most consistent morning, but when the sets came, long lefts that were really standing up quick and walling up down the line, racy like. Reminded me of a winter swell, only the water was 80 and there were 50 people out.

Surfed the past four days in a row... fun, clean little waves in the thigh to chest high range, depending on tide and spot. Nice way to say goodbye to August.

Same here LB. I may taken tomorrow off to give my arms time to recoup!! 2 hours each day can tire anyone out.
Well, maybe one more day in a row will not hurt......

I just got back, had some waist high groundswell (Erika I presume), mixed with ENE windswell. Saturday afternoon in summer is not my favorite time to surf, there were many lethal kooks out, but I caught some fun rides.

I surfboarded this afternoon, damn it felt good to get back in the water.
Waist hi with a few bigger peaks. And tomorrow might have more size.
And I got to serf with a famous swellerer.
