Gotcha, that ain't that bad

 

Not much better up here. Decent size, but gutless... like it was super high tide mush.

 

A lot of water moving up theres in MOCO Lil Ricky...I scoped the pier for a minute in the 23footer zones

Watched some dudes get drifted and thrash'd abootz

Ended up at New Jerseyian wedge..got sooo pitted on one..inverted to the flats

Got irie on da beach as the last bit of light left the horizon

Some good ones again this morning

I went surfing bruhz or bras

 

Anyone get out tonight? Had size- but looked deep and powerless... I didn't go...

 

I surfed the past two mornings. La Jolla Was fun and no one out! Love those under-casted days!

 

JawnD- how was the pier- I was thinking about it while I was surfing this am- thinking it seems like a good swell for it -but i haven't checked or surfed it in a while, like at least 2 yrs.

I surf south Belmar only now.... 18th ave with all the pros. Plus they got the best surf shop across the street and DD... And the bench press

 

Yea... surfed up here after work, right at high tide. Funky chunky fun. Believe it or not, there were a few HH drops on doubleups but mostly chest to shoulder high sets. The fish was perfect for the fast, sectiony lines. Only downer was the crowd. Guess the word got out. But three straight days of ridable surf was a relief.

 

surfed a couple of hours this afternoon and spent more time on my ass than on my feet. Man I need to learn to surf one of these days. Waves had some size but weren't exactly shapely.

that's not me dropping in, I shot this from the beach, and its a long lens...those guys are nowhere near each other.

 

Nice way to start the week. Paddled out for a late lunch session. Wind was light offshore, waves were really really small, but there. Nothing but boardies, fins, and the board again. Water was clear and full of little fishies. With the high tide and clean light long-period south, the little left-hander was working, warping and throwing a nice waist-high+ barrel when the refraction off the seawall hit it.

Very chill session. Nobody around, so I threw my own stuff in the water.

 

Got out tonight before dark- glassed off pretty good and was about chest to head hi- peeling ok- better and funner then it looked from the beach! A few guys out, everyone was fairly relaxed so it was super fun!

Jawdowski-where you out? Saw some guy that I figured might be you on a boogie - but got out of the water before I got a chance to say anything. "Hey are you from that Internet site?" Lol I was in SL

I haven't surfed up there in a few weeks..didn't paddle out when I was scoping them zones

I must've duck dived 200 hundred waves between Saturday and today...drifty wonky currents rips

Hey don't be surfing that spot Jesus there's a lady there who frequently collects toof of shark for jewelry making

Oh and sure hope frosty didn't drowned this weekend

 

Firing this morning...rights roping down the sandbar. Put that new Ashton egg I got through some solid cutbacks...felt great.

You might get 23 footers...or atleast that way to old dude thinks so

That small window of offshores we had really paid

Traded some peaks and barrels with Little Ricky in the 23footer zones
