Surf North side IRI and then went over to South side about 10:00 ish. Winds were def not SE. Were you out there?

 

Great job Hawk!! We watched those guys towing in for a bit, there were some huge barrels!! I surfed closer to the boardwalk entrance

 

Yes, I got to ss around 8 and paddled out south of where the sign used to be and surfed until noon. I went back around 230 and there was still some good ones coming in. I'd say it was the best swell we've had since February, ns I heard was really good all day and I almost took the log out that evening. Today should be fun on the log once the tide drops, still some swell left.

 

I heard NS turned on about 2:00 as the tide dropped and was really good! I left SS about 1:40 and there were still a few decent size swells coming in. Looked like it was mostly body boarders out when I left. Those guys were pulling into some huge barrels. It was a fun day!

 

I got there at 7:30, They were the biggest and cleanest barrels I've ever seen in my life. I debated filming/surfing and I am so glad that I filmed. Had to leave around 12:15, but I came back at around 2:30 and surfed. It was fun, a good bit smaller but I still got some nice rides.

 

haha yeah we were certainly scoring some big barrels, in all it was a great day. Hope those swells continue throughout the year, at least I hope haha. glad to hear you scored too.
