Alright so I've sifted through their short vids and marketing B.S and what I can make out is that the Infinity TDC and Revolts main differences are that the Revolt features the "high Pile" TDC on the chest and then normal TDC through the legs. Whereas the Infinity X2 TDC has regular TDC in the chest and then supposedly "quick-dry" neoprene in the legs (like ripcurls flashbomb neo?).

And then the Comp TDC is just in a league of it's own with TDC throughout, no windblocker, and no tapered seems (like an e-bomb pro model?)

-So how good is the "quick dry" neoprene in the X2? and does it beat the warmth of a COMP TDC that's entirely made out of the TDC, but since it's a comp wouldn't that mean better flex regardless?

-Also, how do those non-outter-tapered seems on the Comp hold up over time? My experience with the e-bomb pro was that they started to give after 2 winters, I'd like for this suit to last me a bit longer.

Ya for a guy from Flurida you're stressing a lot about wetsuits. Just buy the cheaper one and regret it a year later like the rest of us.

Haha I know this, but it's gonna be a cold winter, and a few northern trips are in order since my family's from NC and Delaware. I miss getting barreled too :(

It's funny you say this. I tend to buy pricey wetsuits because it motivates me to go into super cold water. Latest buy is a West 4/3 steamer (the light gray one  ). Can't wait to put it through it's paces.

Been in a Matuse Tomo for the last 2 winters. Really happy with that one so far.

If you're worried about getting cold (i personally hate getting the chills) go for the more expensive one. You certainly get what you pay for. If you don't mind a frozen scrotum, save a few bucks and get a budget suit.

But yeah... I don't know anything about the new Xcel suits ha

    You are in NC.
It doesn't get cold there, asshole. You have no idea what "super cold water" is.

Oh no, i've been outed by the all-mighty SI peanut gallery.

I should have specified, super cold water, relative to the typically mild conditions in my area.

Seriously dude...if you plan on surfing Delmarva or further north in the winter, get the best suit for your money. If you're not going to make it past NC, get a decent suit at a more decent price.

Personally, I like my suites glued, taped and sealed...just like I like my grits scattered, covered and smothered

ok so wetsuits are like skateboard bushings.

    Excels are good for airs
just like green bushings are good for kickflips

    quicksilvers are good for barrels
just like blue bushings are good for hardflips

patagonias are good for death drops
just like red bushings are good for 360 flips

real men surf naked, especially when its below 30 degrees in the water
