damn yankess on a roll lol.. anyway, idk why people who say they surf everyyear don't know how cold the water is,when up top on the forecast says water temp and recommended wetsuite. anyway 4/3 til mid December,no hood unless u want to look like a douche.i only got 7m gloves and boots so I where that aswell.
Aren't you a life guard dumb a$$? Either you're bored and trolling or you're moron, or both, thinking both.
You're on a surf predicting website with water temps and tide charts, and you're asking how cold the water is? Do you only come on here for the witty repartee on deez treads? O Barry...please come to the red phone...
I was in yesterday morning no boots or gloves. 5/4 with a hole. once I was over the initial shock I was fine. it was firing yesterday at my local spot so maybe it was the adrinalin.
It's not , ask this question come January , anyway surfed yesterday , 4 mil , 3 mil boots no gloves , I was comfy.
The guy that poked me on my backside. They told me not to surf in Asbury park but I didn't listen. I feel violated.
I am confused by questions like this. If your a surfer, no matter where you live your in the loop every day. I live 5 minutes from the beach. My daily routine is wake up, pee, then grab my ipad and pull up the cam. After checking the cam i pull up the report, check the wind and water temp and decide what the plan is while feeding my dog and cats. If there is surf, throw the board in the car, if not its to the gym then to work. Half the time if its marginal a first person look is called for. When I lived off the beach and a couple of hours away after getting married i was even more obcessed with the conditions. How can you not know the temp, or are you joking around?
What, don't you already know what the surf will be five-days-out due to this site's forecasting abilities? Why even check the cams in the morning? If a week ago, Swellinfo predicted a 0-1 foot day, it's going to be 0-1 foot. You can count on that.
lol. The current/realtime water temps and other info is at the top of the forecast page. Agreed, the SI wave height and wind direction/speed forecasts are usually pretty far off...at least for the west coast.
