Delmarva has been on a nice run lately. Another day of fun surf. Wore my 4/3 because 3mm was wet and sweat my balls off. This is pretty crazy weather.

Amazing isn't it. December 12, I haven't put gloves on yet this fall, and have surfed just about every day this month. Tuesday looking 4-5 foot and offshore. We'll pay for this...January and February always deliver the weeks long NW winds and bitter flatness.

I use the winter flat spells to fill my freezer with goose filets! I can remember not wearing a hood during Xmas one winter probably 20 years ago. Good stuff. Btw: I will be working on Tuesday so waves should be good!

Third day in a row both MSW and SI under forecast wave size, which was good for me. Despite forecast, I went to beach with gear--waves where waist to shoulder. Had a 1 1/2 hr session all by myself--not another soul on the beach or in the water.
Keep up the great forecasting MSW and SI!!! You are keeping all the drooling morons at home!!!!!!

Yeah man, been thinking the same thing. Even way down here in the 954 I'm usually at least in a spring suite by now (I'm a pooswah as far as cold). I have been wearing a neo top lately though for the wind. But yesterday in Fort Pierce I was actually getting kinda hot with it on. We haven't had a good strong cold front push through yet this year.

Twas VOS today no one out anywhere even at the most crowded breaks so I bodysurfed shorepound for a hour and a half dodging backbreakers and watching the world inside of seaweed filled tubes. Life is good!

Great weekend on Delmarva. I'm doing 4/3, did 3m gloves this weekend, I guess I didn't need them. I wasn't hot in the 4/3 at all, but 3/2 seems a little thin too.

Blown out short period choppe is what we do best down south of you. Protected spot tempered the 20-25 onshoures. It was big and fun for a few hours around high tide. No liners though.

The forecast is calling for it to blow up this weekend. No liners though, maybe in January when we get a real cold snap. Glad you got some yesterday. This evening looks promising.

Yeah this weekend could be pretty nuts. 30+ mph winds. We'll see. The only liners we've had here since summer was just one day out of those two weeks that the rest of Florida was lit up. Only lasted a few hours and I'm glad I was there for it. Had it all to myself. Nothing here today. If you do make it out tonight be sure to get me two.

    Dude I was out brah!

It was firing when out at sunrise before work- nice south swell was peeling perfectly! Surfed one of my normal spots, the one with dirty water. Long rides. Took out the 10'4 longboard cause I thought it was waist hi- turned out to be head hi! Soooo much fun, I don't remember a swell lining up like that for a long long time. Peeling all the way to the beach, long nose rides.

I loved the swell direction, it was perfect

Yea... all those East swells put all the sandbars back in the right spot. Lots of current up here, and lots of wind, but the lines were LONG.
