Your not alone Cep. As far as the tree board... I think that's been done but you never know where them blunts and booze will take ya. You can still achieve that warm fuzzy feeling that the holidays bring.
    Have a happy and enjoy!
    and to all!

Young fellers. This is a very important topic that you need to address early in marriage and family. It can be controversial but here it is.......

You must act like a grumpy prick every time you don't surf. Everytime you do surf you have to be super agreeable and nice. After years of deploying this behavior your family will actually want you to surf so they can stand being around you. Warning - going overboard on the grumpy part can lead to divorce
    enjoy

Thats part of the surfers code. If someone is closer to the peak the have right of way and act like a sh1t when u dont surf and a good guy when you do surf.

No surf for me my wife works nights/weekends and holidays. When she works im on lockdown!

I'll definitely be out this Christmas as well if the swell comes through.

If God didn't want you to surf on his son's b'day, you'd be spending it here.

Great video! I especially liked the 360 turn on the water you did.

Conditions gotta be worth it - that is unless you have very limited water time as is...

If the above apply, bargain for for an hour or two once you take care of everything else

    ^^^^^This is how I roll.

I'm lucky in that my better half understands, or at least tolerates, my surf addiction. I am truly a better person after having caught a few waves.

Baby Jesus would want you to go surfing. I know, he told me in a dream. You just have to be thankfull for the gifts you recieve and don't snake, shoulder hop or be a d*ck in general. And for heavens sake don't toss anybodys sh*t in the water on Christmas day. Peace and goodwill to all.

Nice vid Mitchell. I don't know why but The Pixies always seem to fit surf videos well.

I can't remember the last time we actually had quality surf on xmas, so the dilemma, thank god, has never seriously presented. But this year, with christmas morning, then a big fat standing rib roast for dinner, I would have to write off any swell. BUT, then I'm going to CA on the 28th, and will surf *all* week, so I could give a tinkers turd if I missed a swell here.

the bands name is ratmass. Its me and my friend switching off on guitar saxaphone and drums and bass with alot of effects cause he makes custom pedals. We play once a year(ish) and this time it was a 5 hour drunken jam in a seedy recording pit reeking of beer and puke in the bowels of NYC. It really is a crappy band but its fun.

Rehab is good, i can probably surf but dont want to risk it because i need my knee to be good for big waves in Puerto and Hawaii and also next fire season. 2 more weeks i guess.
