Anyone have a Jesse Fernandez shaped hp longboard or noserider? Looking for a new 9'6 that can noseride well but turn, make sections, handle late drops, and be the go-to board for most Northern New England days. Not much out there for reviews, so was hoping some of you might have experience with the board. The local surf shop has them pretty regularly for $850+. Not bad compared to the $1000+ for california-boards.

At that price, buy it. He's a reputable shaper with a history of proven designs.

What LBC said^^^. His work is clean and purposeful looking. Even more fun would be to give him a call and let him carve out one for you. Then you can specify a little of what you need and want.

^^^^Or call either of WRV's locations and see what they have shaped on hand. There's usually a few of Jesse's shorter boards in stock. IDK about longboards.

California boards are usually much better.
