its already cooked so just needs to be heated up. Prone to drying out so I'd steam it. And not get my hopes up...my experience is cooked/frozen crab is pretty hit or miss.
I actually got yelled at one time at a Chinese buffet because I was only eating the legs and not the body. She came over, pointed at the crab and said, "you eat now, dat $10 dowa pound!". Seriously!

Surfed yesterday, nobody but me and one other moron out at my favorite spot. Shoulder high waves, some were A-framing. Long waits though of large sets ;some sets had 15-18 waves...weird. Usually there is 3 0or 4 waves to a set. Cannot recall seeing that before.......climate change???
Btw, everyone......best way to cook crabby legs is to shove them up yo ass, then set heat at 98.6*F Simmer.
