But really - it's not that bad. I actually sold off all my shorter-boards this past summer after coming to the same realization- but used the cash to buy some other awesome boards that for my age- like my 10'4 longboard lol jk- have a semi thick 6'1 single fin - a 6'3 fish - a 6'6 Byrne 6 channel and a 6'8 basic thruster and a few other. Haven't really been riding the hpsb's in the last 2 years and every time I took one out- I was bummed. Either way- I get more waves now and don't feel old - even riding those boards. I actually have way more fun!! You'll love it!! If it feels too tight try some smaller trailer fins
