Love the plan Gaff, I would definitely dig doing that if I could get the startup. To answer your question though, I would love to stay working from home but it's been made clear that this is not something that will last forever. We have a new CEO and new management being put in place in different parts of the company and a lot is changing fast. It's just a matter of time, would rather go on my own terms.

    DP-SUP!

Open up a snack / munchies shop next to every medicinal marijuana location in the state.

Just promise me that you'll take me along on your private jet when you do the Indo surf trek.

Considered relocating to a place that has the best waves?

A place where all the pros are always friendly?

A place that has plenty of opportunities and gold (necklaces)?

A place where everyone knows your name (by how much you can bench press)?

Have you considered moving to Belmar?

Unlike you I'm not a loser and have value, so I will find something for sure, just a matter of what do I want to do next.

Eventually, the states that have already approved legal MJ will do away with all the homegrown (pun intended) Mom & Pop growers.

Somebody with the necessary seed money (pun intended) will invest in a large private warehouse operation and run it like a professional business, therefore pushing out the smaller and less-prepared competition. These are the future investors that will ultimately succeed in this burgeoning market. And there will be BIG bucks involved (think tobacco or alcohol).

Good luck in whatever you choose DSUP.

Thanks Kid, it's an interesting idea for sure. Would be fun to legally sell herb. Seems very profitable from what I hear.

KR has a solid approach to making coinage.

Only thing standing in the way, and this is even with various states legalizing weed on differing scales (pun intended) of use, is, of course, Uncle Sammy. Since it's still a fed crime with heavy penalties for 'drug money laundering' the banks & credit card companies generally won't go near the sale of weed - - even when the states are legally 'go & grow' with it.

Meanwhile, Obama & others spout off bout how it's a good idea to decrim weed offenses & stop wasting taxpayer dollars housing thousands of prisoners for non-violent weed crimes. But Obama & others won't actually lift a paw to change the actual federal laws. Politoucans = 100% hypocrisy.

yeh, I was gonna bring up the whole thing about the banks...really stands in the way right now, but there are ways around it...once our gubment decides to "tira la mierda" or get off the pot (pun intended), it might not be an issue any longer.

Wow, can you imagine the reaction from the banks once they get the go-ahead to take in profits, as well as financing and loan processing? We could wipe out the deficit in a matter of weeks lol.

Got a buddy with a med grow license in California. Started small potatoes but has been steadily growing. I know for a fact he's making 6 figs.

But all it takes is one Pat Robertson or Ted Cruz to get elected and send everything into a tailspin. I don't think we've passed the Point Of No Return yet on legal MJ (unlike Obamacare).

I would then start a collateral business to your weed stores, i.e., a store that sells meds for emphysema, depression, suicidal ideation, impotence, weight loss. I would use yankee as the poster child for all of the above. hahahahahaa!!!
