I was wondering if anyone has any experience with moving from the US to a non US carribean island. I was looking into somewhere like Barbados and was wonder if anyone knew how affordable coastal housing is and whether how hard it is to land a good enough job to pay for living costs their. Any help would be great, thanks.
The ONLY way you can live in the Dos is by either getting married or a relative lives there already. They don't want people there that don't belong. And, I don't blame them. There are 2 types of people there. The rich and the poor.... no in between really besides the tourists. There are NO jobs there really. No good one's anyway since the economy took a dump.
