I especially liked the seminar that radderbsurfin gave on the Properre way to tie a leash. And not to be outdone, Valhalla and DPSUP gave a cutting edge seminar on the current research on sand reconne.

You guys shoulda let me know about that bad actor in the lineup. I would've sent my crew over to talk with him. There were lots of new people there. I heard a lot of guys came up from WPB.

Round two proceeds in one hour :)

Everybody can stand a refresher course on some of these essential surfing skillz every so often. Next time we'll cover shoulder hopping and tossing other's shlt in the water.

Probably wouldn't do any goode. He struck me as the type that is miserable in life and therefore wants to blame others for his own shortcomings and make them miserable too. Kinda like Barry. Fock that! Best to just slide down the beach and avoid them.

Plenty of people in the water for sure. I ran into (figuratively) several fellers I know from down south Broward way. Also the two lovely young ladies that drive up from Miami and Mike down from Sebastian. The aggro dude probably came from Lake Worth or South Beach.

Ha, I took a look at the cam aboot an hour ago and saw you paddling out. Seriously. Looks small but still fun. Have a great day. Wish I was there but we'll be back soon enough.

Whoa! You could see that on the cam? Perhaps you saw my killer ride that went on for like forever, rather than my many misses :) I had to leave at 8:45 -- my eldest was blowing through town and I had a two hour window of opportunity for hugging and talking :)

Sometimes you can see stuff pretty clearly on that cam. I showed it to the spouse and she agreed it was you. The cam swung to a different view and I lost track of you after that.

One day I was up there surfing and my buddy Sean texted that he had just spotted me riding a wave on the cam. Funny thing was he didn't even know I was there. He just recognized me cuz we've surfed together so many times. If he is in the water I can easily pick him out, even on a busy day like yesterday, just by the way he paddles, surfs, sits on his board, etc.

    Hope you had fun!

Yep! It was superfun and way less crowded today, at least before I left at 8:45!

I'm jealous. Sounds like I missed a great session. Next time. This new job better make me lots of fresh benjamins real fast or I'll revert to surfbum status in aboot a month.

Again, always have an Emergency Surf Contingency Escape Clause. All the well tied leash knottes and propre sand reconnes in the world mean nothing if you can't get out there. I did get you two though.

A wise man once said, surfing is not a matter of life or death, it's more important than that
