What is the difference between the WSL and ISA? Are they supportive of each other or is it a competition?
Isa is based in la Jolla down the street from me. Not positive, but I believe if you surf WCT or wqs you can't surf in ISA events Isa is guys that ripped nssa type circuit, but are no where near ready for the QS They do a lot of good with adaptive surfing for people with disabilities. Think professional level vs college intramural.
