In my neck of the woods, it'll be in mid-November. We'll get a bunch of rain over a couple of days and temps in the forties. All of the surf forecast sites will have the wind wrong. It'll be Head-Overhead windswell, making the beaches fire, but not close out. I will surf alone and rejoice.

Oh wait, I meant to say a sick 'cane groundswell at the end of August.

Maybe not the swell of the year, but there is always surf on Halloween. Ya know what, screw it: Late season tropical swell hits 10/31/16 i'm calling it right now.

I love when sat beach is like that. The awesome 65degree water with long endless beautiful walls with clean up sets every 10 minutes that make you paddle out or you get wreaked. Meanwhile in February it is 45degrees and 4ft mush back home in sc. Drive a few hours south no wetty needed.

swell of the year all ready happened since its past jan/feb ..so with that being said il say 3rd week of the December we will have a nice 6ft offshore day.no matter what year, there is always waves around thanksgiving, and theres always waves the week before Christmas.

summer sucks.way too hot outside,i know a lot of u guys work in air conditioned offices lol but I'm working in the heat all day,it sucks.i get out of work I don't feel like doin shyt unless we got waves.plus all this darn beach traffic,i get stuck everyday on my way home from work from the shoobies.
