Great band!! I grew up listening to this. I think my first album was Kiss Destroyer and my first cd was The Rolling Stones.

I was 3 years old when it was released, but I didn't buy it until I was around 12.

The first album I ever bought with my own money was Appetite for Destruction. I was 7. It changed things, alot.

My father worked for RCA and used to bring home various vinyl albums. So we listened to The Monkees and a few other obscure artists. But the first records I went to a store and bought (along with my brother) were The Beatles Second Album and Let It Be. It was only a short time before we had all of The Beatles Capitol releases. Such good stuff, I can (and do) listen to it over and over. Then somebody introduced me to Led Zeppelin...

I was pretty young, born in 81, but I f'ing loved Metallica. I stopped paying attention after the Black Album though, didn't like the direction they went.

OH man, I got roped into that when I was a kid, I ended up with sooooo many damn CD's it was ridiculous lol, but I was able to discover lots of music that way. It was a really good deal at the time.
