I over heard some guys working at the surfshop talking about it. Are you surfing at 80th?

For the resort area 24th and surrounding seems to hold up to big swell suprisingly well. you gotta try Rudee just cuz ya gotta but it seems closed out when it's bigger.

North of 89th should be in play. What is the attitude of the property owners there?

I was going to ask the same thing. They actually let you in the water in the resort area? Like some others I was thinking about hitting the high streets or head down to Croatan or Sandbridge. Haven't been out enough in big surf there to know where the good deep breaks are. Guess I'm just going to have to luck out :)

Saturday is going to be epic all day. Im thinking of either 43rd 55th 80th or maybe sandbridge. How will s-curves be during a big swell down there? Remember guys its going to be big and we need deep water. Where is it going to break the best in deep water. Also the tide will be high all morning as low tide isnt going to be till around 3 in the afternoon....

Bro as you should know with these types of swells they dont last. I would expect sunday to just be shoulder high at best. Saturday is the big day from noon on

S-turns is usually known as a shallow break. I imagine if it's breaking good there you'll have to paddle waaaay out and through a lot of rolling mush. If you go that far South you might as well stop at Boilers. I know that it at least used to be a good deep water break. Rode 10'-12' swell from Felix there.
