He's in favor of the TPP and says if he is elected he will sign it. That's a big NO.

 

He has promised not to smoke any more weed between now and election day He is also a more pragmatic libertarian who has actually worked within the framework of our government. Unfortunately he won't go very far.

 

Can somebody explain to me in a nutshell exactly what the TPP is, and how it would affect us? I'm too lazy to read all that ish.

 

TPP is a trade deal that spans across the pacific to many different countries. some of the worst parts are the tpp will allow corporations to sue governments for laws they pass to protect their citizens that have a negative impact on those corporations profits in that region. the lawsuits will go to a tribunal of lawyers and lobbyists appointed by those corporations. the tpp will have anti-internet neutrality clauses (legalized censorship of the internet by corporations). Basically the deal will give corporations tons of power while stripping many nations of their sovereignty. There is much more. here is a neat video about it cheers.

I will also be voting for gary, although I dont agree with his stance on the TPP, I agree with most of what he proclaims, way more than TP or Hillarious...

Kinda weird tho, giving corporations that kind of power doesn't exactly sound like something out of Obama's playbook. I don't think I fully understand.

Unless everybody says F it with both of these retards and votes for Gary Johnson. It's not too late people, don't waste a vote on a scum bag (that goes for both Trump and Clinton) just because you want to collect your little sticker that says you voted today. Vote for the guy who smokes herb and wants you to have the ability to do the same without it being a crime. Vote for the guy who seems rational, and not some lunatic. You don't HAVE to vote for "your party", F that, and F the system that we are forced to use to elect a president. F all of it. I think he is kind of weird. He does not articulate himself very well. TPP is an important issue. I have heard a few things from him that have caught my interest (herb discussion is ok but really won't get him elected as a platform issue). I agree on the fiscally conservative part...probably one of my key issues b/c our gov't is spending us in to the ground! I can't vote for Hillary. Not sure a vote for Gary is a vote for her....I think it may be a wash (b/c I think there would be just as many pissed off Bernie supporters voting for Gary) but I could be wrong.

I tell you one thing. This is one important election specifically relating to the Supreme Court. This election will change things for 2 or 3 generations. So, depending on how far left you lean (you may want Hillary and a far left agenda for the next...let's say forever with no turning back) and if you are right leaning and Trump wins, we will still be somewhere around the middle (although he touted a few conservative supreme court judge picks).

I would say Gary's biggest appeal is regarding Civil Liberties. He takes the 4th and 10th amendment serious (and the 2nd). There is a lot to admire with his platform but the two party system will keep him pinned down.

don't be fooled guys,gary is awesome and been around for many years,this aint his first election as a 3rd party.hes just like ron paul,the guy u want,but he will never get enough votes...what is happening tho,votes for him are siphoning off votes from hilliary and trump..would be nice if Johnson got in,if there was ever an election,it would be this one
