“ First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out— Because I was not a Socialist. Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out— Because I was not a Trade Unionist. Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out— Because I was not a Jew. Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.”
archy just curious man so what do we have to do?govs too strong for the ppl to take over, and nowadays that's gosh darn terrorism!!
The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants. Thomas Jefferson This of course is a last resort. What to do? That's a hard one, and I don't claim to have all the answers, but why not start fixing the problem from it's root. Stop pointing the finger at others for the problems we face. put down the bong, turn off the football game, be vocal about the corruption and lies, even if it means ostracization, get involved at a local level. I'm not saying to stop having fun, but if we give up the mindless crap like Pacemon and porn ete, and give a little more attention to what is at hand, that little bit from each and everyone can make a huge difference. The freedom from British rule that founded this country was only fought by 5% of the population, with the support of 80%. We should educate ourselves in history. To understand where we are going, we have to realize where we came from, and recognize that history repeats itself. Learn about the rise and fall of past countries/civilizations, and understand that "It Can Happen Here" What many fail to realize is that if Hillary gets in, this will be the last election to make any kind of difference. The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing. Edmund Burke I'm for me, but I still live on a prison planet. The system is in place, and the only way I see a positive step forward is to vote Trump. I seriously doubt he's a shill to the system. He's got too much $$$$$$ to be bought out, and there is no doubt that he is putting his life on the line. He may be an idiot when it comes voicing what he thinks, but I know he recognizes what is going on. There is a reason why the establishment is ferociously attacking him. He's a threat to the Globalization of Government.
Oh yeah, I was born in 71, so I remember Trump going back to maybe the late 70's. I remember him saying things that made me almost sure he was a democrat or leaned towards that way. There's even been stuff used against him where he said fairly recently (like 15-ish years ago) that the economy always tends to do better under Democrats. And I even remember a quote from him in the early 2000's where he said we needed universal health care in the United States for all. And I do agree that the man has a HUGE ego. And that's why if this whole thing isn't a ruse, I will be really excited to see what he says in his speech after Hillary wins the election. It will be epic. I have started leaning towards the whole thing being legit and his run being legitimate and not a ruse, at least more so than I was a year ago or even just 6 months ago. But I still cringe at what I've seen from him. Regardless of it all, this is easily the biggest joke of a presidential election in my lifetime, as far as the two main candidates go. Hillary Clinton vs Donald Trump? What the hell is the world and country coming to? Republicans will really have no one to blame but themselves if Hillary wins, I'm leaning towards it being that she will win. But keep in mind that just a year ago, I swore Trump would NEVER get the Republican nomination.
idk archy lol I'm just a regular citizen,i work, pay taxes, vote.i do know where ur coming from tho about the elites that control the world.i have watched zeitgeist as well lol.in order for their to truly be change,it would have to be someone like trump coming into power and completely rewrite the history book and change everything. being vocal gets nowhere, shyt we cant even stop them from cancelling the parking in deal or stop beach replenishment.its all about the money, and that's the tax dollars we pay.it goes to wars we don't support and a bunch of other unnapproved shyt by the citizens. trump is just too loose with it.i was in favor of him but he just keeps slipping and slipping.i could see him getting elected and the media asks him a question and he gets nervous and starts talking about classified documents and such.saying whats the point of having nukes if we cant use them!!??north korea responds.."word up" his problem is hes trying to win over everyone and u just cant do that.one day talking about one thing then the next saying he never said that lol.idk got to see how it goes,i don't want hilliary but I think shes a given
This thread started about Gary Johnson and THAT is how you beat the system, and change this from a rigged 2 party system. I can't stand Hilary (remember when she was dodging sniper fire in Bosnia on the tarmac? Brian Williams lost his job for that kind of bull****, how about her??) I drank from the Trump kool aide for a while, being a blue collar guy in the trades I can tell you that not all illegal labor are toilet cleaners and lettuce pickers, some are skilled tradesman who work much cheaper and make it harder for people like me. And I hate NAFTA. But Trump lost me big time, and as a veteran, him having 5 draft deferments during Vietnam and taking a big dump on McCain, there was no way. In fact the more he drapes himself in the flag the more vocal I get against him. Hillary does not need to be coronated. You are not wasting your vote if you do not vote for these bozos. TPP sucks, I agree, but maybe Gary is open to changing his mind. Semper Fi
I do too! This whole election has already annoyed me and it's just the first week of August. The debates should be entertaining though. To laugh at these two. I wonder what Johnson has to do to get a little more support? I think if he caught on like 6 months ago, he'd be firmly in this race and have more of a chance at doing something with these two bozo's. I remember when Ross Perot actually gave Clinton and Bush a little scare in 92. Not sure he ever had much of a chance though. Something like that would be very interesting now, since the incumbent is not up for reelection, unlike when the first Bush was running as the incumbent when Perot was legitimately in the race with him and Clinton. If you'd even consider Perot's presence that year being legitimate. But it was the closest we've seen to a third candidate gaining some steam in the last however many years.
Except one: McCain. Yes, a war hero. But also a thief and a scoundrel--he got caught with his hands in the cookie jar during the Keating scandal money grab from banks. Having said that--both Trump and Hillary should be forced to have sex with each other. Then executed. Elections can then move on to second tier......
"electoral colleges"..."superdelegates"...just a couple of ways for our politicos to effectively screw the popular vote.
I still favor the Guillotine to be erected at the entrance to the Capitol Building, and we bring them down one at a time....off with their heads...... I will watch whilst I "eat cake"......my wife will sit there and knit a sweater....
I don't think that was necessarily an endorsement of McCain the political figure, as much as it was of not approving of Trump's petty criticism of McCain the veteran getting captured. That was uncalled for and a low blow, especially considering Trump's military experience.
