Not sure about friends sisters but I know sisters friends are usually off limits, and the limitations are put on by the sister. My sister had a friend that I was totally in love with, perfect girl, body, boobs etc. Never told my sister or made a move. Found out from the girl years later that she was totally into me but my sister warned her to keep your grubby hands off. WTF!
