This keeps looking better and better. Regains Hurricane strength and just parks out to our east - even comes back towards us for a bit - for a few days pumping back ENE swell. Barry you might not have to buy a ticket to PR to score this afternoon. Long range NOAA swell models build things up to 5' @ 15 seconds by late weekend into early next week:

If this forecast verifies, there wont be many spots on the east coast that don't see a good taste of it. Next Monday pushing back 15+ second groundswell that bends in pretty good.

totally different...bill was much closer to the coast and got strong down off the SE coast. This looks like one that might not peak out as a swell maker until its up South of Nova Scotia, more like a big winter bomb low.

We are getting swell from it now but the winds stink badly. There are some good ones to be had south of the Cape over next several days. Looks like Monday and Tuesday could set up really nice with the longish period swell from the north. Just about every sandbar along the banks prefer a NE swell versus S or SE. I find myself yearning again:rolleyes:

How big are you frost? I have a hooded 5/4/3 excell that I've worn twice. It's overkill for down here but you'll definitely stay warm.

Looks pretty good in SNJ this week IF the forcaste holds. I've got Friday and Sunday off so hopefully it doesn't deviate.
