Yeah, I was curious and did the same thing after the debate. If I had not watched it myself, I would think Trump lost terribly based on how they are portraying it. They are trying to fix this thing. Hopefully enough of the American people see through this.

You don't think that creates a loophole and is being abused by some?

That's one way to be sure lol
I'm thinking the same as you. I bet this "emergency" clause gets stretched a bit.
Yup, it's f'ed up to see how it's all playing out.
Let's hope there is still a chance that he pulls out a landslide and leaves no doubt.

No offense but I think that's naive to think that the rules don't get bent for some people.

Every law could be broken. Have you ever known or heard of a woman that has done this? It's not a problem that is happening.

That's like saying that driving a car should be illegal, because someone could decide to drive down a sidewalk and run people over.

It's not the same thing. I'm not saying it's a widespread issue necessarily, but I can see it being abused by some. That's all I'm saying. There are some shady doctors and shady people out there dude.

If Clinton becomes prez, she would ram all abortion requests in that loophole, and make you pay for it, and then sue you for causing a pregnancy.
    Exaggeration?? Well....perhaps a bit.......

It is the same thing. There are some shady people out there that could take a car and run you over. But that doesn't mean that you take away the right from the law abiding citizens.
There are Dr's that put black market kidneys in people. Should we ban kidney transplants?

If your wife was in an accident (god forbid) and you had to choose between saving your wife or your unborn child (who may be brain dead from the accident) you would want the right to do what you need to do to save your wife's life... That is the kind of incident the the law is for.

I just have a hard time believing it's not being abused. Give someone an inch, they take a mile.

So then I guess you're in favor of eliminating the 2nd amendment as well?

Since people can take advantage of loopholes and kill people.

Not at all. I'm in favor of better regulation, no fly rule, better restrictions at gun shows, etc.

Hell, I'll do it for you: straight from wikipedia - the first result.

"Kermit Barron Gosnell (born February 9, 1941) is an American former physician who was convicted of murdering three infants who were born alive during attempted abortion procedures.[2][3][4][5][6]

Gosnell owned and operated the Women's Medical Society clinic in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and he was a prolific prescriber of OxyContin.[7] In 2011, Gosnell and various co-defendant employees were charged with eight counts of murder, 24 felony counts of performing illegal abortions beyond the state of Pennsylvania’s 24-week time limit, and 227 misdemeanor counts of violating the 24-hour informed consent law. The murder charges related to an adult patient, Karnamaya Mongar, who died following an abortion procedure, and seven newborns said to have been killed by having their spinal cords severed with scissors after being born alive during attempted abortions. In May 2013, Gosnell was convicted of first degree murder in the deaths of three of the infants and involuntary manslaughter in the death of Karnamaya Mongar. Gosnell was also convicted of 21 felony counts of illegal late-term abortion, and 211 counts of violating the 24-hour informed consent law. After his conviction, Gosnell waived his right to appeal in exchange for an agreement not to seek the death penalty. He was sentenced instead to life in prison without the possibility of parole.[8][9]"

Dont tell me this sh!t doesn't happen...
