Before the democrats used the blacks with bs racist propaganda on the repub side, blacks supported the republicans. At that time the majority of black families stayed in tact and the unemployment rate was extremely low. Then, you throw in Bill Clintons' bills and the prior democratic commmites by giving subsidies to these people, and magic. They give the democrats their votes but now the communities have suffered. They are living off the system and not looking for work. Jobless areas tend to then have more crime. Now, we the democrats so called caring of the black community, have changed the prior repub numbers dramatically. Very few black families stay in tact, crime has risen, and at what cost. The democrats have used taxpayer money for their agenda under the guise of helping black communities. In fact they have destroyed black communities while enslaving them for their votes.

This is one topic I studied extensively. It is really appalling what the democrats have done to this people in order to win votes. Democrats are the cause of the problem but both parties have some blame going around.
