In Austin's defence, metard did go well out of his way to get banned and go out in a blaze of glory. And it was glorious indeed. He is currently no longer banned.
I'm in Austin's court. Metard knew what he was doing, and he knew the consequences. He got sick of the crap that was being thrown around here, and he threw himself on the sword. He's in a better place right now, but he'll be back soon enough. The thing I'm curious about, is why I got permabanned for basically doing the same thing as so many others have done here. I patiently waited longer than 30 days to be reinstated, but that hasn't happened. I even plead my case, and was promptly ignored. Just for posting a .gif file of Ginger polishing Gilligan's gopher. Arbitrary and capricious behavior from a couple of butthurt moderators.
I agree, he sound of been banned. He's done it before and was banned, then came back after the ban was lifted. My point was just that someone posted a link to another forum saying they found him, and it got shut down almost immediately. And that's not right. Saying hey let's all go here instead of SI...that's one thing. Saying hey this is where metard is...something completely diffrent and should be ok. But like DP has said in his thread. I'm going to stop complaining. I'll be sticking to surf related threads for now until things turn back around
